I am not satisfied with the services

This is regarding my service of car in CARNATION NOIDA

I went there with complaint of oil leakage in my car from the

Engine on 28-06 there I was told that every thing will be

taken care and problem will be resolved ;there they have

complained that there are few more problems in the car those

should be removed in addition to Oil leakage for that in total they

have charged me Rs. 9783 after paying that much of amount when

I have taken the car back to home the same problem was persisting

after few days I have gone to carnation noida for the review of the

services provided by them, this time also they have told me the

same that every thing will be fit give us some time ;they had

returned the car after four days on 19-07 .this time also the

basic problem was persisting ; I am very sorry to say that those

people had made me in dark & harassed me to come to there work

shop again and again (as many as four times), hampering my job

which has cost me much more than they have taken.

From last three months I am living in dilemma what to do, what

not to do my friend suggested me to talk to you, regarding that

matter.

Sir, I am now in a position where if I get my job done by some

other company they will charge me the same, it is very difficult

for me to manage such a big amount of money again ; while those

people have cheated me and now they are giving me designed

logics to justify what they have done to me.

I need your help to get my money back from those

people, so that I can get my job done from some other

work shop.
