Dear Sir,

The Society has allotted a parking space to us with a deposit of Rs.40, 000.00 and we also pay a monthly Parking charges for the same. The allotment was done by lottery system.

Now the new committee has formed and they are saying that they do not accept the work done by the previous committee. They also say that the previous committee has cheated by giving the allotment to only four members and they also say that no circulars were given. But we have all the letters which was issued by the committee.

Secondly the builder had should the parking to many of the members. If society wants to put the parking in rotation then should all the parking go in rotation or only the 4 which are un-allotted.

Please suggest the solution to this.
