Shop keeper is not giving cassh memo

Dear sir,

i bought some plastic pipes from a shop of my home town.while paying the bill the shopkeeper is not giving me cash memo.when i toldthat i will not pay u until u give me cash memo.every day he annoy me publically.please tell me what to do.he is charging too much than the market price.
