Sir i have got a notice from direcctor general of carter allen private bank MR BRIAN LAMPARD regarding winning of 250000 BRITISH POUNDS in international mobile draw and that person told me that they have submitted my winning draw to HEATHROW COURIERS EXPRESS LTD. and it will be delivered after i have taken care of the required cost of delivery and the draft is cashable in any bank in the world.sir please tell me the information that i have got is credible or not?? also tell me that i have to pay any charges for the delivery of the draft. hoping for a favourable reply.
