Maruti Esteem - Service

Dear Sir,

I own Maruti Esteem. Of this i gave them for service the problem at front rear axle problem (noise coming while driving at rough surface) to CAR ZONE situated at Daman. They gave me all the possiblility of changing this and that. As i am not technical person said them to go ahead. Even then the problem was coming. They made a bill of total till date say Rs 8000/

Even though after spending good amount the noise was still coming. Later they gave me tentitative budged of say 6000/- of changing some parts.

After the service i was shocked that my DVD player was misused and stopped functioning which cost me around Rs 6000/- Even some of the items of my car were missing like car charger, costly pen, cigratte lighter, etc.

Thereby after few days, i made the complain to the Manager who was SARDARJI (name not known). Inspite listening he directly blamed me, stating it was done by me. I don't have any words after this for this of person.

Later i went to VINTESE, situated at Vapi National Highway - 8. There i talked to the Manager and showed the problem. He gave me tentative figure but believe me all the problem were solved. Till date no problem and satisfaction i have received has no words.

Now question arise what to do with the CAR ZONE who had cheated me and even done theft
