Refund of Money

Dear Sir,

This letter is regarding the investment which i have made in Cash Back Sales India P Ltd, of Rs.5000/-having offfice at Malhotra House, 3rd floor, Opp, GPO Fort, Mumbai-1 Tel No.2303821/ fax no.2303822 email: cash backindia@sify.com., Redg Office at Commerce Centre, 5th floor, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Road, Vasco-Da-Gama, Goa-403802 Tel No.0832-843662/843665 on 11/09 and the certificate no.91 was given to me for getting the refund after 5 years ie 11/9.this investment was made through icici bank traveljini venture i was told that i will be be given travelling vouchers/facilities which were not provided to me they have cheated me as they told me many things but they did not gave me as they told me. but now after the 5 years and submission of the original certificate they still i have not recieved my money i have visited their office and called them every day but they are not attending the call and their office is closed.

please help me to get the refund of the money i have invested five years ago which i will recieve back without any interest.
