Inflated bills

Hi all - I hd given my bike for service a Castrol bike service chennai and opted for Gold service. I was told it will cost me Rs 355/- which I agreed. What was surprising me was that they never deliver your vehicle on the said date and everyry time they give one excuse or another. Secondly, when they delivered the vehicle, the gave me a cool bill of Rs 900 plus by stating that that have replaced some spare parts, extra labour charges. All this without taking my consent. Also they charged me extra for the pick up and drop vehicle.

Also I noticed that my fuel tank quantify was one litre less than what it was at the time of delivery.

Think before you hand over as I had a very bad experience with them and trust me, I will prefer a local mechanic neary by my house rather than handing over to them.

In one word, they are unprofessional, lack transparency.
