Dear Sir/Madam

I have given my bike Suzuki Samurai TN 09 m 6747 for servicing for the first time on 28/03 with nugumbakkam bike zone promising the delivery on Monday 30/03 by the person who picked up from my residence and through phone he told he will be doing the gold service costing Rs.350 plus the pick up charged of Rs.60 after that i never received any call on Monday, 2/4 thursday i received a call they told me the bike is ready for delivery with a charge of Rs.1000 plus and the bike will make extra noise coz of water inside the engine... I was shocked and asked for explanation they did not respond satisfactorly, Finally i denied the delivery coz i requested for the mail ID to lodge a complaint on 3/4 Friday, for which i got it by calling the 04465656565 call center number on 06/04.

I need an explanation immediately
