Worst Service & Non educated pesron in the WOrkshop

This is the first experience I had with with Castrol Bike Zone. My Vehicle Honda Unicorn (TNO7-AS-9226) serviced by Castrol Bike Zone team on 20th August

KANDY RAJA AUTOCARE,

23, NELSON MANIKAM ROAD,

AMINJIKARAI, CHENNAI - 600 029.

The Vehicle was Pickup & Delivered by Castrol Pickup team. The Vehicle was serviced & delivered on the same day (During delivey I am not there in my house. It was handed over to My Wife by the Catrol Bike Zone Pick Up team). From day one after the service My vehicle did not get self started & I visited the Bike zone (KANDY RAJA AUTOCARE, 23, NELSON MANIKAM ROAD, AMINJIKARAI, CHENNAI - 600 029) on 28th August. I informed about the issue to the shop supervisor (Syed) & he did not provide the respose properly and he did not know what exactly causing the issue. I asked the him, these things should be checked during service itself... but he didnot responded properly. My Vehicle is not properly serviced & hence still I am facing the Issues.

I recommend Dont go for Castrol Bike Zone for Service..Very Very Poor..
