Worst Service Cente

Hi All,

I have faced one of the worst experience with Castrol Bike Zone Thiruvanmiur. I gave my bike for normal service there is no problem in my bike because I bought my bike 6 months ago only. I told to change the oil and agreed for gold service (tank filled with 5liters of pertrol).

I am working in IT company and I dont have time to goto their service center. So I have booked for pickup and drop service (extra charge Rs. 60).

After 2 days they came to my office to deliver my bike. I noticied that my fuel meter was not functioning properly and I informed the same. They told that fule meter functioning only for 4 liters of petrol.

Next day I have filled my tank with 9Liters of petrol, but it still not working. For last couple of weeks I calling everyday for this problem, but no response...

So please dont give your bike to Castrol... They are real stupids and doesnt know how to handle the customers.
