EPF Amount not received

I am Sanjay Damodar Kale, Worked in Radhakrishna Hospitality Serviecs Pvt. Ltd., I Resigned in August and submitted EPF Form to Charkop Kandivli PF Office, Mumbai

MY EPF ACCOUNT NO IS MH/22551/F/412

This form submmited in October. but we received back due to some document require PF office (Pan Card, Pass book copy & ration card copy). This all document we submitted in the month of 3.06.2008. I have acknowledge copy also. But till date I have not received my PF Money.

In your PF Office, They never answer the phone. That is very disgusting & furstrating. For a person working 9-5 cannot go to the PF office and keep checking.

PLS HELP ME.
