Non Delivery of courier after 05 days

Dear Sir,

I have booked a courier from Bangalore to my parents in Trivandrum-Kattayikonam (BLR 23654066) on 17 Mar 09 at 2.45 PM. As the status shown on net, the courier was taken for the destinationon 18 Mar 09. The same has not been delivered to the addressee till I write this mail. On enquiring with Thycadu (Trivanrum) Office, I was informed that the courier was routed to Sreekariyam for delivery on 20 Mar 09. The I contacted Sreekariyam office and was told that the delivery area, Kattayikonam, is not under them hence, returned to Thycadu office on same day (20 Mar 09). Again I contacted Thycadu office and was informed that the courier has been sent to Venjaramoodu and gave me the telephone No. (services temporarily withdrawn). Further, the lady at Thycadu siad that the courier has been routed to Attingal Office by mistake. Finally, the courier is in transit from 17 Mar 09 to till now. I had to make a number of STD calls from Bangalore for the same. I donot understand why I have been asked by your staff to call up different offices to know the whereabouts, the job which they supposed to do. The lady at Thycadu Office was impatient to listen me fully and she dropped the receiver before finishing the talk.

Can I know when the courier is expected to be delivered.

Else, Can I request you to kindly return to me to avoid its loss.
