PF delay 6 months in progress

My PF # is KN/BN/25568/862... It has been 5 months and 6th month running... no address of my PF... I resigned on March 11. I applied for PF on May 15. Lazy people at my office submitted the claim to PF office on June 15. Went to different counters at regional PF office and as they said it takes only 40 days from time of submission.

How much more time does the PF office needs? This is my hard earned money and they can't play with people's money like this. I am waiting until Monday August 17 or else putting a case on RPF office. I want to sue them for the maximum amount so that these lazy buggers don't delay innocent citizens who are in need of their hard earned money and paying interest to banks.
