ATM Problem

I am Detroja Dinesh, my atm cad number is XXXX XX XX XXXX 5265, on 12th Dec i drew an amount of rs 4200/- from my account, but when i checked my account balance on 13 Nov I found that instead of one transaction of rs 4200/- on 12 Nov there are deductions of Rs 4200/- at that very time. when i took the matter with local branch in written they were not willing to help me in any way, i requestd them to show me the video where i had made two transactions, they are saying we are nt having any close circuit cameras in atm. i am not alone there are number of people with whom same problem occurred, but bank is not willing to do aything about this, i am fed up of union bank of india services. i will take them to court pretty soon, if they dont solve my problem.
