CBSE 10 pass certificate
Incorrect date of birth

Sir,

The date of birth on my class 10th pass certificate and marksheet are wrong as per the certificate issued by the hospital. I urgently need to correct the same. Please let me know the procedure to correct the same and also inform me about the necessary documents.
