Amount debited from debit card but bus ticket not booked

I had booked a ticket of VRL roadlines on 28 sep 2011 through redbus.in via my debit card. Rs 550 got cut from my account and the webpage expired. now my bank statement shows tha amount to be credited to ccavenue.how to get back the amount?
