Internet Connection

Sir,

I am working in Abu Dhabi, Last month, I went vacation for one month (9th April 09)..The next day I contact with one Mr. Arun, he is working in Paravur (Kollam Dist) Asianet cable connection office, for internet connection to my home. He told me he will visit my home after two days, after two days I called him, he told me pls wait two or three days more. I waited, after one week, I called again, then he told me, “come to my office”, I went their, he was not their . one recipient was their, she called his mobile, then he told me, he should come to my home and check our asanet Cable connection …so I have to wait for two more days.

I waited four days more for his visit, nothing was happened, I called him again. He told me, now he promoted as area manager or something ….. so he has many meeting everyday, so call after two more days . after three days he came to my home and give one application form for internet, the next day I fill that form and submit to his office.

After three days . he told me there is no modem available in his office so wait one more week, after one week he told me there is no cable in his office …..this was going on one or two weeks like this…

05th of May I went again his office and meet with his manager, but he don’t have any information about my application or anything ….

On 6th May, Mr Arun call to my mobile, and he told me he can’t give internet connection to my home, because of length is more than 80m, my ticket was 7th of May to Abu dhai. Now I am in Abu Dhabi

Because of this man’s irresponsibility, I didn’t get internet, and I didn’t seek any other options, that is my mistake (I believed him). From a private sector company’s employees are working like is too much ….. because I am also working in private company in Abu Dhabi.
