Unable to get usage details

Respected Sirs,

I have broadband connection 04268-260550. I am not able get usage details portal since 21.08.2009. If I click useage check the page showing "INTERNAL SERVER ERROR" - IBM_HTTP_Server Server at bbservice.bsnl.in Port 80.

please help me and also I want how much GB left in my Net.
