Cheating and non receipt of free gift

I had taken delivery of 8 CD pack parcel, on 7.05.2009. On the pack it was clearly written in bold letters that the free gift “Bestseller Pack Reebok T-shirt Adidas bag” offer inside. When I opened the pack in presence of currier agent the gift was not found. I also contacted over the phone 011-40502424 and Mr. Arvindra (India Today Book Club) call on this phone. Mr. Arvind then advise me to collect the gift log on the web-site and enter the unique no. provided on invoice. When i tried to lodge my claim for offered free gifts on their given web http:// offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/, it was not available. Thus it is case of cheating (i) Despite written on pack that the free gift inside which prompted to take the delivery, was not found (ii) The condition of collecting free gift was not told while placing the order (iii) The web site is also seems false. When I told to Mr. Arvindra that I was lodge the complaint, he shows disrespect to the court of land.
