CDMA FIXED WIRELESS PHONE (LG COMPANY) MODEL : LSP-340E
APPARATUS NOT WORKING PROPERLY

I got this handset at the time of my new reliance telephone no. 3 years back. From last year it is not working properly. I can use the phone when it is connected to the power, otherwise the battery symbol on the display of the phone shows no charging and gets disconnected after 2-3 secs.

Now from last 1 month, when ever there is any incoming or outgoing call, it gets disconnected just after picking up the handset and just saying hello. when continously trying for 3-4 times, then only the phone call is made or recieved.

Kindly tell me what is the correct procedure to get this problem rectified as early as possible. I contected the nearest reliance office but they failed to provide any correct measures.
