Can't attend the custme

Dear sir m using Sam sung Hero handset. my set show's that MIN OUT OF RANGE.ME Deposit my handset at there n reach at that time which is given by them. The person who attend the customer at there is a peon. No responsible person is at there. They give me the answer that we lost our data cable when we found that then we repair ur handset.i ask him that if u not found that then.he ask me that then we give u ur handset without repair. The contact no they give me nobody pick that phone.plz follow my complaint. Or tell me that its my mistake that me buy the Sam sung handset.
