Not Activation of my Number 09369859635

Dear sir,

this is inform you that several time i have given my ID proof for activation of my number 09369859635 but till now it is not activated .this i have informed to reliance web word Indira Nagar Lucknow but no one has taken care. more than 15 days has passed people are saying i have sent your ID to Gomti Nagar Head Office for verification. Please suggest me what i do.

Please tell me have i chossen wrong Network?
