Cdma prepaid mobile
No Talk time for recharged amount

Dear Sir,

I having mobile no. 9322725784 and Reliance Prepaid Card user have Not got the Talk time amount though I have recharged with Lifetime Prepaid Card before.

According to terms and I was to get all the Talk time ; however the Conversation with your Representative Executive he told that the recharged amount of Rs 299/- recharged by me on 4th March and for Rs 200 on 27th feburary, is a only for 30 days Validity.

I have loss my Rs 500 and Decided to stop using your Companies Mobile.

So, I request see into the matter as soon as possible nor I am no more your prepaid user.

I will be Obliged if u give the Talk time and will have faith on Your Bussiness.
