About deducting amount

Dear sir

i m sheela kumari from south delhi, day before yesterday ur company deducted rs 20 from my balance. when i talked with customer care they replied me u would have activated any service. but i have never activated any service nor i got any activation message. i m your old customer. if u don't return my balance. i will disconnect ur connection. u are requested to take action soon.
