It has been four weeks my mtnl broadband connection is down, i approached the staff of nearby Sanchar Haat after repeated failure in the the helpline no 1504. The staff members are not ready to accept any complain in writting instead they asked me to visit the main branch (MTNL) and lodge a complain in written.
NOw i m planning to switch the broadband connection because of it's poor customer suppert/services.
Plz b sure before taking any connection to face the problem.
