Non receipt of the deposit refund

I have made a deposit of Rs 20, 0000 as Member of the GOOD HEALTH clubs &early as 1997 for Rs 10, 000 and again in 2003 for another Rs 10, 000. they were long overdue and the as CDR is merged with EMed.com Technologies. ROC of Andhre Pradesh has the power to make them pay up the deposit, but they are also not responding to my requests. I made several visits to the rgistered offic eof the Company but the watchman only answers and no responsible officer is available to respond. I mad e several complaints to the CLB, Chennai Bench and to the ROC, A.P. No answer cpomes from any of them. Iam 75 old sick man and go on visiting them for long. Dr. V.A.Avadhani
