CDs Not Working

Sir,

With refrence to The Invoice Number: OR0700019360 and Invoice Date: 29-DEC-07, Order Number: 0G07016807 and Order Date: 25-DEC-07

I got 2cds on 29-JAN-08 the details of which are provided below :

Book Code: H1295, Book Title: Human Body -Discover CD

Book Code: H1296, Book Title: How Machines Works -Discover CD

Both The CD's are not working Properly.

Please Suggest Some Alternative or Replace The CD's.

It has caused a great problem to me.

Whenever the CD Autoplay It Generates the error "Microsoft Projector has encountered a problem and needs to close". I am sending a screenshot for refrence.
