I have given my taperecorder model no AZ1007/01 to authorizes service centre Prakash electronics, Mysore on 10th of November and it was promised to be delivered by 12th. Since then prakash electronics have been postphoning delivery without giving proper reasons. I lodged a complaint on 19th to customer care and since then I have called them 5 times and every time I was promised to be called back but none bothered to do so. Is this the way you treat your customers? What is the use of having customer care when they cannot solve customer problem or atleast call back and inform the status. Hence forth I will not buy any Philips product and also advise my friends to do so.
