Non-payment of Salary and Incentives

Dear Sir,

I would like to lodge a complaint agains CeaseFire Industries Ltd. As I worked there from 5th Feb to 29th Jan with employee code E02125. They holded my December and January Salary for non-achieving of target for December month and forced me to resign before one year completion, and They also holded my incentive of 30, 000 of Nov. month which was based on my month performance. This is becouse the said you have not collected the amount from clients which was later on paid by the client. I don't know why They are harrasing me but no one gives me positive responce, I talked to my Business Manager about it, He said We have clause in appointment letter regarding this but no one made it clear. Please Suggest.
