Defiective tube back side

I have purchase of new tyre & tube of ceat company on 20/01 but after three days i loss my tube for two small hall in joint but the deler was said that was not a manufacturing folt so what i can do about that my loss about my tube. i submit the tube to deler but he return other defect tube not my tube, he cheat me and company also involve in this, the deler name was Maniyar Tyres Relif road, tin no. 24070402437. so please help me and replace my tube.

no any puncher in this tube and hall is also in inner site, so why any khilli and stone tuched there? its only company folte.
