I have seen in this website a denunciation against the Chinese corporation SHANDONG TIANXING RAILWAY ENGINEERING CO, . LTD. According what I could read, the customer purchased and paid for 125 tons of tubes to be shipped in five full containers with 25 tons each one, however this fraudulent corporation have shipped about 12, 500 tons in each container only, cheating the customer in this manner.

Well, our company has been cheated in the same manner by this dishonest corporation of which owner is Sixue Zhao.

What make me perplexed is the following: It is very easy escape from fraud committed by Nigerians bandits, however how can a purchaser escape from such corporation as SHANDONG TIANXING RAILWAY ENGINEERING CO, . LTD, once it is GOLD SUPPLIER IN THE ALIBABA WEBSITE and use for its bad intentions the enormous credibility of that website?

Even good lawyers are not able against this kind of corporation. (Mine is very reliable and could not reach even a amicable agreement in order repair my damage). Denunciation to Chinese authorities has not prospered too. (We went to office of the Chinese Economic consul in Chinese embassy – Brazil Mr. Lu Yushong) and showed to him all documents about this fraud, however nothing has been made against this corporation for time being). Then, the last frontier is use the internet and makes public what Shandong Tianxing and his owner really are. Nobody can escape from internet communication..

Now I know that at least (for now) five reliable corporations have been cheated by Shandong Tianxing Railway Engineering Co and Sioxue Zhao, and the amount involved in the fraus against good customers is more than one million dollars.
