Not getting won prizes from Bid 2 Win Television Program

I Dhiraj Raut from Palghar (Dist. Thane, Maharashtra) have won total four products viz.

Product Won Date

1) Sony Cybershot Camera 19-Sept

2) Yamaha FZ16 on 26-Sept

3) Nokia N97 29-Sept

4) Sony Bravia LCD 32" 06-Oct

All these products have been won through Bid 2 Win TV program telecasted by Cellcast Interactive India Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai.

I Have paid total tax of Rs. 48826 (Fourty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Six Only).

I have submitted all documents on 19-Feb. According to company policy (given on company s website) they will diliver prizes within 90 days from getting all documents.

But I have got one product i.e. Yamaha FZ16 in July (After 10 months). But now, when I have ask them for remaining three prizes, their executives do not provide any oppropriate information.

Now nearly one year will be complete in coming september. But even that I do not got all prizes.

They also not giving response to my E-mails. Please Help. What action I Should take? please suggest.
