Automatic Balance Deducted

I have a cell one no. 9438412277. On 1st august I saw that I have a balack of Rs. 6.something. Whereas on the 31st july night I had nearabout 100. I m using bsnl 300 powerplus card for bsnl to bsnl 24 hour free purpose. I didnt call to any other no from my no. Only bsnl to bsnl. But why my balance deducted I dont know. I called to cc but assual no result. Plz help. I want to get rid of this thief company bsnl.
