Unwanted SMS from Cellone

I am frequently receiving unwanted SMS from no 57333001 from Cellone and Re 1 is being deducted from my balance evertime. This is happening almost 6-7 times a day ever since my SIM was activated 4 days back. I have spoken/complained to Cellone customer care no almost 5-6 times daily for last 4 days but no respite till now. I have lost almost 60 Rupees of my prepaid balance because of this unwansted messages till now

I have even sent Unsubscribe SMS to 12555 as dvised by Customer care but still no releif. I am unnecessary losing my prepaid balance for no fault of mine.

I want this SMS to be immediately stopped and refund of my balance deducted for this unwanted SMS.
