Final Settelement of bill and due amt

Dear Sir,

I have given a letter and sim card of my post paid cell number 9440894530 for disconnection to Cellone

authorities Toli chowki Office, on 15-05. I have deposited Rs - while taking connection. I have paid the total bill amount at the time of handing over the letter. Since I am on overseas employment

requested the authorities the balance amount due to me to send cheque to my bank account sb 3033

Indian Overseas bank, saifabad br hyderabad-500 004. But so far I have not received any amount due to

me or any intimation. Hence I request the authorities concerned to look into the matter immediately

and settle my account at the earliest.

Now cheque amount to be send to The Manager, Indian Overseas Bank, DGP Office compound, Saifabad Br Hyderabad 500 004 Payee M.Ashfaq Ahemed SB a/c 3033.
