Cancel my BSNL tunes renewal and refund

My mobile phone number is 9443675664. Without my permission, I have been given a caller tune and for the last 6 months all my efforts to cancel this tune is in vain. Nobody responds and acknowledge this. Herewith I ask the concerned person to cancel my caller tune renewal and refund the money deducted twice in this month. If it is doesn't happen I have to seek further action on this.
