INCOMING SMS AND GPRS

Sir i have been suffering from a problem since 14 days after buying ex-cel sim card on 2nd March.

sir my sim card is well activated BUT from 14 days iam contineously compailning against INCOMING SMS and more over my GPRS is also activated as said by customer care I CAN'T ACCESS the web

I HAVE ALREADY LAUNCHED COMPLAINT TO THE CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING THESE TWO BUT AFTER14 DAYS NO ACTION TAKEN FOR MY PROBLEM. PLS SIR DO SOMETHING...
