Deduction of Execess charges

I am a regular customer of BSNL prepaid mobile No.9417657373 and today on 25.10.2009 balance on my mobile is 1262.87 and as per tarriff rates applicable to me within punjab on every mobile and l and line 0.20 paisa per minutes. But i made call on moble NO.9417405369 and on 9465067270, both BSNL number within pujnab. But the company has deduted 0.49 paisa per minutes. It is therefore requested to loadge my complaint to correct the same immediately.
