Regarding incorrect payment of pension arrears

My pension account no.is-1385844937. I discussed several times with BM about the incorrect payments of pension arrears and also gave in writing on 20-10-09, but neither the correct amount of arrears of pension credited to my account nor gave any reply. The breif of complaint is "Arrears of pension had not been calculated and paid as per notr 3 below clause 9 of Revision Authority for central civil pensions issued by CPAO New Delhi vide their no. 628590700571/511117 Dated 27-06-09 which clearly says that eaduced npension as per column 3 will take effect from the date differential commuted value3 is creditrd in to the pensioner"s account by the bank". The commuted value was credited by the bank on 30-07-09, but the pension was reduced by the bank from 1-05-07
