Not getting settlement dues

I shailendra m shinde resigned from the bank job w.e.f.5.5.2009. I submitted my resignation letter in Feb. After lapse of almost 5 months i have not received my full dues.

Branch Manager is harassing me for giving my own hard earned money. As per Bank rule

if a employee resigned from the job he is entitled to get 50% of encashment of leave but the branch manager deliberately delaying/ not giving my aforesaid dues.

kindly advise me urgently

whether i should go for legal action against bank

waiting an early reply
