My mother is holding account in Central Bank, details given below

My mother is dead and there is around 4 lacs of rupees in his account.

Our problem is that we are not able to withdraw the amount. The Branch Manager is Confusing us. He is saying that there is no Nominee declared.

Kindly help me to know who is the nominee. How it is ossible, an account without nominee. The Branch Manager is troubling us a lot

What are the documents to be submitted to transfer that amount to my father account. My father is also holding account in the same bank. Details are given below.
