I'm not geting my education loan

This is Shankar Kumar Mahto. I am from Araria Sangram (Mauwahi), p.o. via.-Tulapatganj, p.s.-Ghoghardiha, Dist.-Madhubani, State-Bihar. I am studing in VINAYAKA MISSION'S KIRUPANANDA VARIYAR ENGINEERING COLLEGE, SALEM in 3rd sem. I have applied for education loan in my nearer Central Bank Of India, Ratoli in October. Bank Manager told me that he had been sent the form to the REGIONAL OFFICE (Darbhanga). But when did i go there they told me that they didn't recieved any form. Again i went there but again Bank manager is saying that he has sent my form to Regional office but till now i have not got any thing. What should i do? Help me please. Thank you.
