Luggage lost and no body is responding

Worst day of my life when I booked this cargo to shift my house luggage from Gorakhpur to Bangalore. At the time of loading, i was in bangalore. And in Gorakhpur they loaded my luggage on 24th of Apr. I was informed that my luggage will be in bangaolre on 2nd of May.

It reached around 8th of May to bangalore. All 6 days i was just getting mad by calling them to let me know the location of my luggage had reached. But no help! Somebody was telling it's 500km from Banglore, next day some other guy informed me that it will take around 5-6 more days and blaa blaa blaa..

After reached, they delivered it but without a AMCO Invertor battery cylender Cartoon.

After visited around 5-6 times, they are ready to pay me 1500Rs and saying cylende was not allowed in the transporation. When I asked, why they loaded it, they are simply saying mt to contact the person who loaded these things. Comon it was there person only.

I am totally frusrated now.
