Amount of Rs.2000 debited, cash didnt come out

I Ravi. D bring the following few lines for kind consideration. On 7.11.2004 I went to SBI ATM at SP Road, Secunderabad for withdrawal of Rs.2000. After operation, it showed transaction over and amount of Rs.2000 didnt come out instead it was debited from my account. Next day i.e.8.11.2004 I gave written complaint in my Branch at Chirag Ali Lane, Hyderabad. Then afterwards I gave several reminders written as well as oral. Nothing came out. All my efforts went in vain. It was printed in my passbook as Trf ATM 415601 dt.7.11.2004. My old A/c no. is 01190030366 (New no.is 10177124419). ATM card no. is 6220180352900023594.
