Non-Receipt of Pension

Sir/Madam,

Ref: PPO Number 586060801237, Pension A/C. No. 11712462933, SBI, Panchur-1303 Br, Kolkata-18.

I retired on 30.09.08 but not yet received my Pension. CPAO informed me that they have forwarded the case to you as the matter is not pending with them (they dispatched SSA No 518825 on 15/07 and SSA No. 601635 on 22/11).

It is requested to ensure that my entire pension and its related payments are made with interest with retrospective effect at an early date. Just received my PPO after complain.
