Non receipt of Speed Post

Dear Sir,

A Speed Post letter was despatched from New Delhi on 7th July from the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan, New Delhi addressed to Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety, Ashok Marg, Lucknow-226001 bearing Bar Code No. ED773838298. This Speed Post letter contains an account payee Demand Draft of Rs.42, 000/- . This has not been received in Lucknow Office till 14th July. The delivery of this Speed Post letter may kindly be expedited.
