Hi, I had taken 3 wheeler loan from centurion bank 3 years back... recently they got merged with HDFC bank... I had 3 more EMI's to pay i.e. of 7, 800/- suddenly I received a notice stating that i had to pay 28, 000/- or else they will take my vehicle back... so when i went to the centurion customer service they gave my statement i was shock to see that they had put bouncing charges for many of my EMI's when i asked about this. they had kept many reasons to save themselves... at last the settlement came up to 18, 200/- and they informed me to collect NOC after one month time... later on I had received a call from HDFC bank saying that you can come and collect the NOC as it was ready... when I went on the other day (as the office is far from my place i had to take half day leave) they said that my account is blocked and they had to again cross verify that if i had any other balance EMI's pending. I dint understand one thing after everything got settled what the hell they have to cross verify my account... These banks are cheaters... i don’t trust them
