Damaged goods and Unprofessional bheavaiou

I hired Century Packers and Movers, Nigdi to transport my household goods from Pune to Bangalore. When I received the goods I was shocked to see it damaged. My new cupboard had scratched all over the body and dents at several places and the mattress was torn. He had removed all the packing and then repacked everything in a haphazard way while loading. Thats when the damage was caused. When I complained the person from the company refused to accept my complaint. And started abusing me in the filthiest of language that you here only from road side goons. He threatened me that the 3 drivers who brought brought the goods will ruin my house and make a big tamasha to humiliate me in the locality. I could hardly believe he was the same elderly person who pretended to be a father figure while doing the assessment of the goods before I hired him. He was a sweet talking person who boasted of his experience in this industry only to reveal his true colors. They were highly unprofessional. I would not recommend Century packers and movers to anyone. It was the worst experience of my life. I have already lodged the complaint with Just dial though which I got his contact. Please pass on this email to as many people possible in Pune.
