REQUEST FOR INCLUSION OF NAME RITA KAYAL IN VOTER LIST

Sir,

My wife RITA KAYAL has applied several times requesting for inclusion of her name in voter list at Kalyani (AC 92), Dist - Nadia, West Bengal and subsequently produced all relevant documents but her name has not yet been included in voter list. On 04 Mar 09 she again submitted all relevant documents and appeared before dealing officials of SDO Kalyani office and requested for enrolment of her name in voter list.

It is earnestly requested to please enter into the matter so that her name is now included in voter list.
