Power flactuation & very low voltage

For the last two months from the date of complain we are observing frequient flactuation of voltage & most importaint of all THE PHASE FAILURE for the power supply provided to us by CESC Ltd.

We intimated their help desk - 1912 a several occation & received many docket nos of different dates against cosumer nos - 11232022006 of santanu das & -11232021009 of kaberi paul but the serious desire of solving the problem is very much missing ;

we are very much skeptical regarding the POWER FACTOR of the supplied power and extrimely worried about the fate of our costly & essential household electrical equipments.

Pl. note even a 40 watt fluroscent lamp fails to glow due to this si

tuation. WE expect immediate solution and most essentially a PHASE CHANGE OVER . This complain is also made on behalf of other consumers provided with the same phase.
